  Seriously dissapointed by the professionalism of this store after my fiancé and I had been customers there for four years while stationed in Quantico. About 12 days before we relocated, my fiancé traded in his XBox One for the PS4 Pro without realizing that my copy of Tekken 7 was still inside. It wasn’t until we arrived to our new location and wanted to play it that I realized I had left it inside but questioned why they hadn’t called us to let us know since I’m sure that they check the system before reselling it. Nonetheless, I knew this was my fault, so I called the store and spoke to a rep who told me that they had the copy and was going to call me back the next day to let me know if they were going to be able to send it out to me. Again, he assured to me that they had the copy, so I got my hopes up and waited the next day for a call but never got it. I called two days later and spoke to one of their managers named Ronin who said that my name was never brought up and that it was the first time he had heard of me. Again, he also said that he was going to call me back after he looked into it, but almost a WEEK went by and NO CALL. After my 3rd time trying to call back, somebody finally picks up and it happens to be him. When I mention my name, he doesn’t even remember it, and then when I mention my Tekken 7, he says that they looked everywhere and couldn’t find it (so obviously whoever received our system kept it). But what pissed me off more was when he said, “Sorry I didn’t call back” in the most nonchalant manner! Seriously unprofessional and I hope no one else deals with this same type of BS.
