  Erick provided amazing customer service! I originally went to Mattress Warehouse where I was pumped up and entered onto a payment plan. However, I was shot down due to my credit, which I have decent credit and I am approved for just about anything. But for some reason they did not approve me there. I needed a queen size bed for that night. My fiance and I had a blow up mattress but our new kitten popped it. So we needed a new bed asap. My fiance called Mattress Firm on the phone, we were both very freaked out that we would not have a bed at this point, and he spoke with a guy named Erick. He stated that he was able to help us and that there is no necessary credit check required and to come in. However, this is a half hour before they close. I walked into the store and he instantly knew who we were and what we needed. Erick was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me and my fiance's budget to find the best bed for us. I am pregnant and I am very picky with my beds. We also needed a bed that night. Mind you, the store closes in less than 15 minutes now. He did not rush us and even made sure to show us the beds that were in stock that we liked. He found us a comfy and perfect bed that we really liked for cheaper than the price at Mattress Warehouse. Erick then explained everything thoroughly before we signed for the mattress. Not only did he help us find the perfect mattress that was in stock but he also then stayed later to make sure that we got the mattress onto our car and that is was latched down so that it did not fall off. We did not feel rushed once and he made sure that we were all set and ready to go. He was very genuine and even causally spoke to us to keep a conversation going. We were very stressed and this was our last resort. But once we got off the phone call with Erick; there was no stress at all. All hassle free. I will definitely be going back to Matress Firm. They are very well priced and I was so happy that everything was stress/ hassle free for us. The service her was beyond amazing. It was a very different experience going from Mattress Warehouse to Mattress Firm. Mattress firm is definitely my go to store now. Mattress Warehouse seems overpriced now that I went to Mattress Firm. I am very happy with my experience and Erick was also a major help in our decision for our mattress as well. Ask for Erick!
